  1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how NovaFit AI YouTube Automation (“the Application”) accesses, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information obtained through Google and YouTube API Services.

NovaFit AI YouTube Automation is a private content-management application used by authorized users to upload and manage original fitness and wellness content on the NovaFit AI YouTube channel.

  1. Information the Application Accesses

When an authorized user connects a Google account, the Application may access only the information and permissions approved by that user through Google’s OAuth consent screen. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:

• Basic Google account identification information, such as the account email address.
• YouTube channel identification and related channel information.
• Permission to upload videos to the authorized YouTube channel.
• Information supplied for uploaded videos, including the video file, title, description, tags, category, thumbnail, and privacy setting.
• Information needed to confirm the status or result of an authorized upload.

The Application does not collect or store Google account passwords.

  1. How Information Is Used

Google and YouTube information is used only to:

• Authenticate the authorized channel owner.
• Upload original videos to the selected YouTube channel.
• Apply the title, description, tags, category, thumbnail, and visibility selected for each video.
• Confirm whether an upload completed successfully.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the private automation workflow.

Google user data is not used for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or training artificial-intelligence models.

  1. Data Storage and Security

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored within the private n8n automation environment used to operate the Application. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect credentials and workflow information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

Workflow execution logs and limited operational information may be stored temporarily for troubleshooting and confirming successful uploads. The Application does not create a separate public database of Google or YouTube user data.

  1. Data Sharing

NovaFit AI YouTube Automation does not sell, rent, or disclose Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other unauthorized third parties.

Information is transmitted only to Google and YouTube as necessary to perform actions requested by the authorized user and may be processed within the private n8n automation environment that operates the workflow. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to protect the security of the Application.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

OAuth credentials are retained only while the Google account remains connected to the Application. Workflow logs may remain until they are manually deleted or removed according to the configured retention settings.

Deletion requests will be addressed within a reasonable period, subject to any legal or security obligations.

NovaFit AI YouTube Automation’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:
